Booking Made Simple

Once we’ve confirmed that we’re a great fit and I’m available for your date, the booking process is entirely digital and paperless. I will send over an online agreement that you can sign from any device—no printing or scanning required.

To officially reserve your date on my calendar, a 50% retainer is required. While you’ll be automatically directed to a secure credit card payment page, I am happy to accommodate other payment methods if you prefer—just let me know.

The Booking Process

To make sure your day is as relaxed as possible, I love to have a dedicated sit-down meeting with my couples before the big day. Whether in person at a local Austin coffee shop or via FaceTime, this is our chance to align on your vision and timeline.

Pre-consultation 

Create a family photo list for your photographer! This is extremely helpful in getting the special groupings you and your family want that you can enjoy for years to come.

I truly believe engagement sessions are the secret ingredient to a stress-free wedding day! They offer the perfect opportunity for us to get to know one another and build a rapport before the big day arrives. An engagement session is like a "practice run" that helps you feel completely relaxed and comfortable in your own skin. By the time your wedding day rolls around, you’ll be pros at being yourselves in front of my camera, allowing for even more authentic and effortless memories.

Tips for your Special Day

The Preparation & Details
This is where the story begins. I’ll capture the quiet anticipation—hair and makeup, the laughter in the suite, and those intentional details like your invitations, rings, and the dress before you step into them.

The First Look
An intimate, private moment for just the two of you to see each other before the ceremony. It’s a beautiful way to calm the nerves and share a sweet connection before the festivities begin.

Portraits & Wedding Party
With the First Look complete, we’ll transition into portraits of the two of you followed by fun, relaxed shots with your wedding party while everyone’s energy is high and styling is fresh.

The Ceremony, Family Formals & Cocktail Hour
The main event. I’ll be documenting the "I dos" and all the unscripted reactions from your front row. We’ll move efficiently through family photos so you can join your guests. I love spending the latter half of cocktail hour capturing candid interactions and the vibrant atmosphere of your celebration.

The Grand Entrance & Dinner; Speeches & Toasts
After your formal introduction, dinner is served! I usually take a quick break to refuel while you eat, ensuring I’m ready for the rest of the night (and making sure I don’t catch anyone with a fork mid-bite!). 

The Celebration
From the cake cutting and first dances to the high-energy "party" moments on the dance floor. I typically stay through the first hour of open dancing to catch the best of the action!
