Originally from Oregon, I have a deep love for nature and the outdoors. What I love about Austin is getting to explore all the large parks, hiking my way through new areas each year to find the most unique locations for families and couples who book me. I love people who are down for longer hikes to great locations where we can capture photos that veer away from the standard! There are two great times to take photos - the morning and the evening, as close to sunrise and sunset as possible. I especially love taking pictures outdoors during the “golden hour,” that brief time just before the sun goes down. It’s a lovely time of the day anywhere, but in Austin TX, there’s nothing else quite like it! The beautiful glow that envelopes the subjects of the pictures and the surrounding landscape is positively transcendent. The morning is also an excellent time for a photography session if that works better for your schedule.
