Our TOMS Photo Session

If you haven’t ever explored downtown Austin, let me tell you that this is the place to be! South Congress Avenue is a busy street with food trucks, bright colors, murals, and fun scenery. Basically, it was the absolutely perfect place to do a photography session.

We actually didn’t go exploring too much in this session, however. Victoria loved the look of the TOMS store, so we actually ended up doing a TOMS photo session!

Not only does this store have really cute shoes, but they also let people take pictures inside and out! As we explored the area, there were tons of cool spots to take pictures. We found many colorful murals in the area that made for a really cool urban photo look.

Exploring South Congress Ave

This area of downtown just stretches on for what feels like forever. Honestly, it’s a wonderful place for a unique photo session. During my adventures with my husband and son one day, we founds lots of little side alleys and fun backdrops to take photos. I could spend all day taking photos on South Congress!

The day of Victoria and Grant’s session, Grant really enjoyed his time in front of the camera too, giving mom lots of hugs and kisses.

As we explored TOMS, we found lots of color! The walls, the benches, there were even hammocks! Victoria and Grant decided to hop up on a colorful hammock and snuggle up for some pictures.

This location was so much fun. I am so glad that we found such a great location with so many different colors and changes of backgrounds. I’d love to do another photo session here in the future, like Victoria and Grant’s. There’s so much to explore in downtown Austin, and some really great tacos too!
