Baby Leila

Little children interacting with their parents is absolutely what I enjoy most about family portrait sessions. Seeing their face light up while interacting with mom and dad, laughing while their parents tickle them; It’s all about those moments that you can capture in photographs and keep forever.

Baby Leila was absolutely no exception to this circumstance. She was so smiley and happy the entire time we did our portrait session. Baby Leila was only eight months old when we did these pictures, but she cooperated perfectly! She looked like she wanted to be no other place in the world.

During our portrait session, Leila was quite interactive with me. She waved to me throughout our session, flashed her beautiful smile, and even told me “bye bye!” when our portrait session was over. How absolutely precious!

You may recognize the scenery from this portrait session with another previous session. Cedar Park is a popular sub-section of North Austin. It is a very quiet area that provides a rest from the bustling city.

Sabrina & Jakob

Not only was their child absolutely adorable, but the parents were pretty awesome too! Sabrina & Jakob are the lovely parents of Miss Leila. Their family bond was so strong, and I captured that throughout their entire session, as you can see below.

Throughout the entire portrait session, Sabrina & Jakob were kissing Baby Leila making her glow!

When this family contacted me for a session, they expressed the importance of photographs to them. They knew their baby wasn’t going to be small for long, so they wanted to capture the precious younger years of Leila’s life. They also wanted to capture their family bond, which I think we very successfully did.

Because Sabrina & Jakob love photographs so much, they actually decided to buy the entire family portrait series!

Overall our session was filled with exploding love, which made the family’s portraits glow. I always get so excited when I meet such an incredible family. These are the portrait sessions that remain my favorites for years to come.
