Another Wildflower Engagement!

I sure do a lot of engagements and elopements at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center! This is one place I always recommend to couples for a beautiful engagement photo spot in Austin. The grounds couldn’t be more beautiful, with a variety of blooming flowers and plants and grassy fields. What makes this area even more perfect is that has a little bit of rustic charm to it as well, with ivy-laced stone walls and ranch-style benches to sit on. We had so much walking around and exploring the Wildflower Center with all it has to offer!

The Lovely Couple

David and Jamie are absolutely perfect for one another! When doing engagement sessions, I love to feel out how the couple likes to be in front of the camera. Some couples love to be posed; others prefer to be themselves as much as possible and have me take candid photos. Jame and David were so natural in front of the camera! It was easy to tell they were smitten with each other and I barely had to pose them at all to get these lovely shots. I can’t wait for their wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch next spring!!
