Brushy Creek Lake Park

I can’t say enough good things about Brushy Creek Lake Park in Cedar Park for family photos! Cedar Park is a suburb of Austin, and a popular one for those who work in North Austin. It is full of family-friendly parks. This park is gorgeous all year-round and I especially love it in late October and early November when the sun sets behind the tall fields of grass and illuminates the land with a beautiful warm glow. It’s also not too hot this time of year so it ends up being a perfect time to get your family photos in Austin!

This family was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kids can be tough to get in the smiling mood from time to time – not this kid! Abbey was all smiles the entire family session. She also couldn’t stop hugging her parents. I could help but secretly hope my toddler son turns out to be as loving as this sweet little girl was!

Jennifer did such a great job of selecting clothing with unique patterns and varying colors for this family photo session. Even though there were a few different patterns and multiple colors, it worked so well and definitely had a “fall” look! Enjoy these photos of this gorgeous family!
