Lifestyle Newborn Sessions

I love to offer lifestyle newborn sessions to families in and around Austin. Families get to stay in their cozy homes and don’t have to worry about packing bags and heading over to the studio during those early weeks with a newborn, which we all know are tiresome ones. I also love to photograph babies, their parents and siblings in their own environment – one that is comfortable for the whole family! Those photos will be fun to look back on when the kids are older and see that they were taken in the homes they were born and grew up in. Some of my favorite locations inside the home to photograph newborns are in their nursery and in the parents’ bedroom! The parents’ bed is almost always large enough to fit the entire family on for some great candid shots!

Baby Gabriel

This family was a blast to photograph. Both sets of parents were visiting and it was the perfect time to get photos of baby Gabriel with the grandparents. The weather was just starting to turn towards spring, which in my opinion is the best time in Austin for outdoor photos! The grass turns vibrant green and the sun creates a beautiful warm glow.
